Through 20 years of development, Hefei Shushan Economic and Technological Development Zone was upgraded to a national-level economic development zone in 2021.

In Anhui (Shushan) cross-border e-commerce industrial park, "Anhui-made" products are delivered continuously to every corner of the world every day. At present, nearly 200 cross-border e-commerce import and export enterprises gathered here.

Why do so many cross-border companies choose to stay in Hefei Shushan Economic and Technological Development Zone? Some entrepreneurs told the reporter that the zone is like a "smart housekeeper", and enterprises only need to move forward boldly with no additional worries after "settling down" here. In 2022, the cross-border e-commerce industry in Shushan Economic Development Zone exported over 15 million parcels, with online customs clearance accounting for 80.07% of the total value in Hefei city. From January to March this year, the import and export volume of the zone totaled 212 million dollars, with a year-on-year increase of 22.71%.
