It has become a tradition that people gather to have delicious mutton and lamb soup during the dog days of summer. The unique Fu Yang Festival in Xiaoxian county, Anhui province, has been held for over 20 years. The customs of the Fu Yang Festival have been inscribed on the intangible cultural heritage list of Anhui province.

As a renowned "hometown of Chinese painting and calligraphy art", Xiaoxian county has been writing new chapters of high-quality development and creating new glories in recent years.
