A South Korean civil servant, Bae Ju-hui, has come to the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Chizhou for a six-month study program. On her first day, she climbed Wanghua Tower to admire the poetic vistas of Pingtian Lake. She visited the Prefectural Confucian Temple to experience the millennia-old tradition of revering scholarship, and wandered along Baihe Pedestrian Street to soak up the vibrant local life.
