As an international student in Anhui, Deborah from France has been in Anhui for six years and has developed a great affection for this land. She loves Anhui’s vibrant rhythm, people’s friendship, and traditional Chinese lifestyle from the unique taste of stinky mandarin fish to the tranquility of ancient villages and fragrance of tea gardens. In leisure time, she enjoys practicing Tai Chi, which also cultivates her patience and resilience. “Here in Anhui, I learned to understand a completely different world,” says she, “It has become my second home.”
