The Longzihu District is located in the southeast of Bengbu urban area, known as the “eastern gateway” of Bengbu. It's bordered by the Huaihe River to the north and Fengyang County to the east. Longzihu District covers a total area of 160 square kilometers, including 7.9 square kilometers of water area in Longzi Lake, with a population of about 285 thousand.
