In the summer night, Liqiao Water Town glitters like a dazzling pearl in Tongling, Anhui, right beside the Yangtze River.

Tourists stroll along the waterfront, immersing themselves in the water show which combines perfectly traditional intangible cultural heritage and modern technology. Splashing iron flowers, tumbling kettles and the sunset glow share the same color. The figures of single-bamboo drifting and high-pole boating performers blend with the lights, shadows, and rippling water. Wandering in this town, tourists enjoy its full view and its coolness brought by the breeze.

Relying on the natural landscape of the countryside, Liqiao Water Town is a national AAAA-level popular tourist attraction in Yi'an District, Tongling City in recent years. This scenic spot has introduced a number of performance projects of traditional intangible cultural heritage, so tourists can enjoy the scenery of the Jiangnan waterside town and catch a glimpse of the traditional styles of various places at the same time.
