Typhoon Danas to Affect Anhui with Lower Temperatures and Rainfall

The arrival of Typhoon Danas will affect Anhui with lower temperatures and rainfall. After July 8, 2025, the situation of extremely high temperatures will be slightly eased.

According to the latest report from Anhui Meteorological Observatory, Typhoon Danas will influence Anhui. More showers and thunderstorms are predicted after July 7, and on July 8, moderate rain can be expected in some areas south of the Yangtze River.

From July 8 to 13, a slight decline can be seen in the highest temperature of Anhui. From July 9 to 15, the areas along and north of the Huaihe River and northern area between the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River will see temperatures ranging from 35℃ to 38℃, and the temperature in other areas will be generally below 35℃. 

From July 14 to 16, the whole Anhui will experience again the high temperature. In some areas north of the Huaihe River, the highest temperature is expected to exceed 39℃.
