After taking over the manor, Zhu proposed the development of a "characteristic rural complex." In the Yueheju Holiday Manor, there are not only guesthouses and restaurants but also opportunities for fishing, picking fruits and vegetables, and hosting lawn weddings; she and her team have also developed educational programs. She even built a shared library for left-behind children in the village, welcoming them to read and relax here anytime.
